I'm back at work in the place I used to have long and fruitful chats with Fancy et. al. and the most progress ever in the game but ... IRC ports are blocked!!!
Guess I'll have to create a SSH/SOCKS proxy for myself at home... *sigh*
i know how you feel, i hate when stupid admins try blocking irc ports from me

Actually this time it's different. I used to have times when everything worked and there was nothing to do before when I was in the support crew. Now I'm one of the guys I used to support and at least so far I've been busy as hell. Though I find this researchers side far more interesting than common computer installations and problems.

I just wanted to know. I'd be interested to know how some random person knew our IT people, and knew where we went to school. But now I know who he is, so it's not surprising anymore.
FYI, Frond, CrazyCuban, mmilord and I all go to the same school. For the next week anyway.
